I have been enjoying some great times with my girlfriend. It is like we are in love, but I do not want to really use the love word in it's Western sence. I would say that I am really INTO my girl at the moment. It is Eros meets Agape, meets Stoie.
Our Spiritual connection is great and close. My claraviounce and ability to read her mind at times, especially in love making, is far supeirour than in my past relationships.
It is like we are on a cosmic high. Kinda like those Alex Gray paintings.
I feel great!

Re: ...to love someone....
Mon, August 7, 2006 - 10:18 AMYay! That is awesome. I would say that when it comes to my boyfriend and I we are In Life. Our lives are made more whole by our connection and since we are having a child together it feels even more connected to be making a whole new life! -

Mon, August 7, 2006 - 3:19 PMthank you everyone.
Congratulations Yuni. That is beautiful.
Driving one crazy Kim? Yea, we have had our downs and have driven each other crazy a few times. Though not the only reason or main reason, but driving each other crazy at times gets us to know each other better, grow a stronger bond after each up and down we expereince.
We have used several technics in our relationship that we have not tried in past relationships. Having an understanding that we might not be together next year or whatever, but knows that we will have to know each other as we grow old.
I even have fun pretending to be decades older and running into her again and talking about these times together. I think that is one of the reasons I still like .tribe.net. This is were we first met almost 2 years ago.
We give each other what we need in our lives at this moment and we do not think of the future of our relationship really. We do mention that we want this to last as long as possible and live in our "Eternal Now" mentality.

Thank you Scout. So when are you coming back to Austin. I have missed you every time.

Mon, August 7, 2006 - 9:56 PMAhmed, I just noticed you were the BNP moderator now. Awesome.
I feel a texas trip in me. In serious need of a road trip
Do you guys know Dread DeSpair and his bellydancing s.o.? He met her on tribe and just moved from NYC to Houston to be with her. I guess that's far from Austin, isn't it....

Love as an action rather than an esoteric statement perhaps?
Tue, August 8, 2006 - 6:49 AMWhen we see love as something we DO rather than the power someone else holds over us to cause an emotional response then it changes. If that which you seek you don't find within, you wont find it without. To see the good in someone else, you have to feel you are worth the love of a good person. Then again defining actions by a term so esoteric as 'love' which means something different to every person is a scary thing. Especially when you realize how twisted some peoples versions are. There have been times where I've noticed myself being more tolerant of the things in friends that bug me than of an equal irritation at s/o. Working on that. Anyhoo.
Through my lovers eyes I see myself reflected, refracted into infinite possibilities. In that moment I can be everything that person sees me as. In her eyes you are. We care for the other person all the more deeply because we can acheive within them things we couldn't otherwise. The value they see in us inspires in us greater value of ourselves. It lets us see ourselves as who we want to be unlimited by our own perceptions of self. Whether we like the skew of their perception lends alot to whether we like others for the most part.
Human chords even. The frequencies of the body human. lol. -

I'm much harder on s/o's than on friends, acquaintances, or strangers. It's something I wish I knew how to work on. -
